Allegiant Airlines Complaint
Allegiant Lost Luggage, and will not respond to claim filed - Allegiant Airlines
For 8 days they would not call me back or provide any communication regarding my luggage at the airport, on line or via phone.
I was left in severe snow and hail and rain conditions in Montana and Idaho with no clothes, not medication, no jacket, no toiletries, nothing.
I was forced to spend money I did not have via credit card to buy what I needed for the spectrum of weather conditions we encountered.
I filed a formal complaint, I have tried to contact people in the Allegiant headquarters in Las Vegas, and here in Los Angeles and in Idaho Falls Idaho and no one is responding to my claim.
It is now almost 2 months since they lost my luggage, and they have still not reimbursed me for my out of pocket expenses.
This is totally an Allegiant Airline bad. I have not done anything wrong, I paid all fees, I made no changes to my travel plans, this is all on Allegiant Air. The mistake is one thing, leaving a customer out in the cold with NO FEEDBACK, NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR PHYSICAL LOSS and MONETARY LOSS for 2 MONTHS with NO FOLLOW UP is a CRIME.
