WORST AIRLINE EVER
Absolute worst airline ever!! Never flown with them before. Booked 3 RT tix, totaling more than $1600!! Due to an unexpected medical emergency, the entire trip had to be canceled. I'm ok with a flat cancellation fee but, out of this $1600, all I received was $177 in flight vouchers!!!!!! So, over $1400 went into the pockets of CEO Maurice Gallagher, Jr., & CFO D. Scott Sheldon for NOTHING!! And they likely re-booked the seats to another purchaser! When I went to cancel on line, it told me I had to call and cancel, so I called and, guess what, had to pay $12 per person to cancel because I apparently wasted the time of the customer service agents. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no one in any managerial position to talk to me. Crock of crap!! I paid for a trip that was not even taken. I would have expected a nominal cancellation fee, but instead was nearly charged the full pop for invisible travelers! Actually, I'm unlikely to use the $177 voucher, so I basically lost the entire cost of the trip.
