  • Never Fly Allegiant

    My daughter is 17 fly's at least 80 times. Last night she flew this air line. She was handed her ticket back by the flight attendant who then push her hand roughly causing a paper cut. My daughter and another man were in the emergency row she yelled at them then told the man he must move because he didn't speak English. She did not speak to him so how would she know what he speaks? I spoke to him his English is fine. She was very rude and yelled at my daughter and this man several times. I tried to call customer care {they don't seem to care} but have been on hold over 30...   • lost gps

    return trip from Elmira n.y to Sanford, fl, my luggage was inspected in Elmira and when I got home my GPS was missing. it was either handled and missed placed or just plain stolen by the inspector. I have called 6 times the number to call and talked to a computer as no persons were available. left proper message and phone # for your response and so far have had none. what are you going to do about it.   • Mesa to Honolulu

    I determined we must be part of a marketing research study. To see how much mistreatment customers will take for a cheap flight. 7 hour flights with no reclining seats, no apron in front of you to put your stuff, magazines, books, etc., no air vents above seats. They actually took all of these out. Had to cost more to take them out than to leave them. Whatever. Short flights may be okay to take but a longer flight is misery. More...

  • Mesa, Az flight back to Rockford,Il

    We recently flew Allegiant from Rockford Il to Mesa,Az Mar 2013. In Rockford, all went well. Everything was organized and the flight was on-time. One could pick apart the add-on fees, but it seems the norm now to tack on all of these fees. I get that-I signed up and parted with my cash, willingly. Actually, the free parking was a plus, and the location and ease of travel was great. However, the flight back-much different story. Immediately upon arriving in Mesa for the return flight, we were notified there would be a 3 hour delay. Ok-things happen! Checked in and had one bag over 5 pounds... More...

  • good customer

    To whom it may concern, I had an unfortunate emergency/incident where i could not make my flight and it being within 24 hours of travel I was told that my flight and money i spent was forfeited. All I want is a credit to book another day very soon. I have been a loyal customer for years and it is very upsetting that I was told basically im screwed. I fly with allegiant airlines every 2 months booking 4 tickets in those months and if there is nothing you can do for me at all then I will take my business somewhere else you can look me up to see i am being truthful in being a loyal customer....
